Essential storage

• A secure session cookie keeps signed-in users authenticated.
• A workspace preference remembers which StayQode workspace is active.
• Guest portal access storage remembers access and consent choices so prompts are not repeated unnecessarily.
• A separate website preference remembers whether you allowed or declined optional analytics.

Analytics and advertising

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits to our public website and may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_YK0YSVZR70. This choice alone does not allow advertising measurement. This website tag is separate from the signed-in app and guest portal analytics.

When Google Ads purchase measurement is configured, a separate choice allows advertising cookies such as _gcl_aw and _gcl_au to connect ads to paid subscriptions. After Stripe verifies a paid subscription checkout, we share its amount, currency and an anonymous transaction reference with Google. We do not include your name, email, property details or Stripe checkout token. Advertising personalization stays disabled. Without your advertising measurement permission, this Google Ads tag is not started and the purchase event is not sent.

Operational QR and portal events may be recorded separately by the platform to provide host reporting, security and service diagnostics.

Your controls

Choose Essential only to use the public website without Google Analytics. Open Cookie preferences on any public website page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops this tag, removes its analytics cookies and reloads the page. You can also remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Removing essential storage may sign you out, reset the selected workspace or require a guest portal to ask for consent again.

The advertising measurement preference is stored for six months in stayqode_ads_measurement_v1 across stayqode.com and app.stayqode.com. You can change it through Cookie preferences on the public website or Ads measurement preferences on a confirmed payment page. Withdrawing permission removes Google advertising cookies and reloads the page. If you allow measurement, a local anonymous purchase marker helps prevent repeat conversion events when you refresh.
